Brian holds a doctorate in civil engineering from North Carolina State University, where his research focused on the biological mechanisms of waste decomposition and methane generation. He has more than 20 years of experience in environmental engineering and has led EREF’s research and education mission since joining in 2008.

Krish Kataria — Director of Global Industry, GHGSat
Krish brings more than 15 years of experience in technology and services, including roles at Honeywell and Johnson Controls, before joining GHGSat to focus on sustainability and emissions monitoring innovation. She works directly with operators across waste management, coal mining, agriculture, and hydropower to align operational and sustainability goals.
