Commercial
GHGSat Partner Network
The GHGSat Partner Network gives commercial organizations the ability to offer their clients facility-level methane monitoring data from the world’s largest dedicated satellite constellation.
Partners are positioned at the centre of that demand, backed by GHGSat’s technical expertise, scientific credibility, and co-selling support. The program is open to environmental consultancies, energy sector service providers, ESG advisory firms, geospatial technology companies, and regional market specialists globally.
Research
ESA Earthnet Third Party Missions (TPM) Programme
GHGSat joined ESA’s Earthnet TPM program in 2022, making its high-resolution methane emissions data available free of charge to approved researchers.
Through TPM, scientists studying atmospheric composition, methane emissions, climate change, and related fields can access GHGSat’s archive of 3.5 million observations dating back to 2016 or request new satellite tasking tailored to their specific research sites and timeframes. In January 2025, GHGSat was also designated a Copernicus Contributing Mission, integrating its data operationally into the Copernicus Atmosphere Monitoring Service (CAMS).
Research
NASA Commercial Satellite Data Acquisition (CSDA) Program
Following a rigorous scientific evaluation completed in 2024, GHGSat’s methane emissions data is available through NASA’s Earthdata portal under the Commercial Satellite Data Acquisition (CSDA) program.
All US federal agencies and researchers whose work is funded by the US government are eligible for free access to GHGSat’s facility-level methane datasets covering anthropogenic and natural point sources globally from January 2021 to the present. Data is delivered at 48-hour latency at ~25 m spatial resolution through the CSDA Satellite Data Explorer.
